We are employed to help one another grow as deeply committed followers of Jesus Christ, courageously working to change our world.
Reverend Court Fischer
Rev. Court Fischer grew up in Northwest Missouri graduating from Cameron High School before attending Truman State University. After college Court worked in the financial/sales/managerial world but always knew ministry is where he belonged. In 2002 Court entered Saint Paul School of Theology while at the same time began the ministerial process in the United Methodist Church.
Court’s two greatest loves are his children Layla (17) and Mason (16). Court also loves sports both watching and playing. He is a Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals fanatic. He loves the outdoors…hiking, hunting, fishing, and just exploring the beauty of God’s creation.
A few interesting things about Court…
He competes in BBQ contests as well as builds BBQ smokers. He enjoys woodworking and refinishing old furniture. He also really enjoys building cornhole boards. He served 2 terms as city councilman as well as mayor pro-tem. He served 3 years in the U.S. Air Force in the Chaplaincy Trainee program.
Shaun is our Administrative Assistant and a Flagstaff native. At Northern Arizona University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before obtaining a Masters in Public Administration.
Outside of work, Shaun’s interests include: discussing history and politics, amateur astronomy, ink and pen drawing, orchestrated music, choral singing, reading science fiction, being an active movie and TV enthusiast (especially Star Trek!), attending First Friday Artwalk, bowling, and walking Buffalo Park regularly. If you share in any of these hobbies, please let him know!
Lynnette joined our staff in January, 2015, as our treasurer. She oversees financial reports and accounts.
Lynnette and her husband Erin have two sons. Alex will be attending CHS as a 9th grader and Shawn will be in 7th grade at SMS in the Fall 2021. When not working, Lynnette enjoys listening to music, her pugs, and traveling.
Linda is our volunteer Celebration Choir director, and also helps to arrange and coordinate other music ministries with our Worship Design Team.
Linda has been active at Trinity Heights United Methodist Church since fall of 2006. In addition to being music leader at numerous Vacation Bible Schools and Summer Sunday School, Linda started the Joyful Noise Children’s Choir. As of January 2014, she has been the Director of the Celebration Choir. The members of the choir love singing under Linda’s direction and invite you to come and join in on the fun and this tight knit community.
During the week Linda can be found in the music department at Northern Arizona University mentoring the next generation of music educators.
