When Jesus fed the five thousand, twelve baskets of leftovers remained—reminding us that God’s provision always exceeds what we expect. At Trinity Heights, our 2025 Community Missions campaign is inspired by that same abundance: twelve baskets representing ministries that bring hope, care, and transformation to our community and beyond.

Thanks to your generosity, our 2025 Community Missions campaign has already made a remarkable impact. Together, we’ve raised funds that are already supporting ministries that bring hope, dignity, and care to families, children, neighbors in need, and communities near and far. Every gift is multiplying God’s work through Trinity Heights—feeding the hungry, sheltering the vulnerable, and sustaining ministries that transform lives.

Through your incredible generosity, we have fully funded 10 baskets — a total of more than $90,000!
Basket 1 (Building Repairs): Funded essential pipe replacements, allowing our church to remain a safe and welcoming space where the community can access shelter and showers.
Basket 2 (Audio/Visual Upgrades): Modernized our worship experience by improving sound in the sanctuary and enhancing online worship, ensuring all can be connected in praise and prayer.
Basket 3 (Emergency Fund): Provides gas vouchers to individuals and families in need, helping our neighbors get to work, school, medical care, and other essential appointments.
Basket 4 (Food Pantry): Strengthens our outreach by supplying food to those experiencing hunger in our community.
Basket 5 (Missions): Extends our reach beyond our walls by supporting local and global mission efforts.
Basket 7 (Music Ministry): By supporting our music ministries, you help provide resources for choirs, ensembles, and instrumentalists who lead us in praise each week.
Basket 9 (Food and Fellowship Ministries): We believe that food brings people together. From Trinity Heights Night to our Adult Luncheon, meals provide fellowship, care, and belonging.
Basket 10 (Chinle Planting Hope): Chinle Planting Hope exists to build up the Dine community.
Basket 11 (Flagstaff Shelter Services): FSS offers safety, dignity, and the kind of peace that comes from having a place to rest and belong.
Basket 12 (UMCOR): UMCOR brings hope and healing around the world by responding to disasters, supporting long-term recovery, and partnering with communities to rebuild lives.
Together, these baskets remind us that when we invest in our church, we invest in real love, real change, for all.
What will my donation to THUMC do?
All donations to Trinity Heights United Methodist Church support our mission “to help one another grow as deeply committed disciples of Jesus Christ, courageously working to change our world.”
We accomplish our mission in many ways, from the ministries of our church staff supporting worship, children’s, youth, education, and mission ministries, to international efforts sponsored by The United Methodist Church, a worldwide denomination known for making a difference in Jesus’ name.
