Position Overview: Oversees and implements the ministry and activities at THUMC for kids age birth through twelfth grade, parents, grandparents and families so as to provide a safe, nurturing environment for spiritual growth. The Children’s & Family Director works in a team environment to equip, empower, and encourage church employees and Family Ministry volunteers with resources, supervision, training, planning, coordination, and cooperation
